    【摘要】目的：分析不同护理服务对艾滋病患者负性心理的改善情况。方法：本次研究选择艾滋病患者80例，时间2021年1月—2022年1月，根据不同护理方案分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)，对照组实施优质护理干预，观察组利用人文关怀心理护理。结果：观察组患者疾病知识理解分值较高、满意度较高、依从性评分较高，相对于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者护理后的焦虑和抑郁分数较低，相对于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：艾滋病患者采用人文关怀心理护理，可改善不良情绪，提升临床治疗依从性以及疾病重视程度，提高治疗效果。
