    【摘要】目的：探讨在重症颅脑外伤患者的护理中实施舒适护理的临床效果，观察对患者功能康复的影响。方法：选取2021年10月—2022年10月我院收治的59例重症颅脑外伤患者，随机数字表法分成对照组(n=29，常规护理)与研究组(n=30，舒适护理)，对比日常生活能力及认知功能评分、神经功能缺损及肢体功能评分。结果：研究组Barthel、MMSE评分较高(P<0.05)；研究组NIHSS评分较低，Fugl-Meyer评分均较高(P<0.05)。结论：对重症颅脑外伤患者实施舒适护理可改善其认知及肢体功能，减轻神经缺损状态，提高生活能力，建议推广应用。
