    【摘要】通过对我区部分医疗机构的放射防护情况进行调查和了解，对其放射性医疗器械、相关从业人员的从业资格和健康情况进行了检查，发现当前我区的医疗机构放射防护管理工作中存在着一些不规范的情况，相关从业人员在设备操作和健康管理方面还有上升空间，对病人安全健康方面的教育也不完善。所以我区目前大多数的医疗机构中放射防护现状还存在安全隐患，在诊断和工作中需要对放射设备进行妥善管理，提高监督力度，加强安全健康教育，提升相关医护人员和患者的健康教育，进而保证医护人员安全和患者的健康，降低放射元素对人们造成的危害。

    【Abstract】Through the area of some medical institutions of radiation protection investigation and understanding， for the radioactive medical equipment， related practitioners qualification and health inspection， found that the current area of medical institutions of radiation protection management work there are some non-standard situation， related practitioners in equipment operation and health management and rising space， to the patient safety and health education is not perfect.
