    【摘要】目的：医院感染管理防控预案在突发传染病防控中应用价值研究。方法：将2021年1月—2022年1月作为研究期限，涉及患者人数共计500例。比较医院感染管理防控预案实施前(250例)、实施后(250例)院内感染发生率，管理满意度以及医院感染管理质量。结果：医院感染管理防控预案实施后院内感染发生率明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。患者对管理的满意度从实施前的%提升至实施后的%，差异显著(P<0.05)。医院感染管理防控预案实施后的医院感染管理质量评分明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论：突发传染病防控中实施医院感染管理防控预案可以降低院内感染发生率、提高医院感染管理质量，得到患者的高度满意，实施价值高，值得应用并推广。

    【Abstract】Objective： To study the application value of hospital infection management prevention and control plan in the prevention and control of sudden infectious diseases. Methods： From January 2021 to January 2022 was used as the study period， involving a total number of 500 patients.
