    【摘要】目的：分析对非淋菌性宫颈炎这类患者进行治疗的时候基于阿奇霉素治疗同时加用阴道栓剂的功效。方法：研究入组60例对象，都是我院在2020年12月—2022年11月这段时间接收的，并且已经确诊的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者，按照治疗方案不同划分为对照组(采用阿奇霉素治疗)和观察组(阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗)，每组均30例。基于上述研究准备，查阅两组治疗效果，完成对比分析。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对非淋菌性宫颈炎这类患者进行治疗的时候基于阿奇霉素治疗同时加用阴道栓剂可使得治疗效果更突出，并降低并发症发生率，值得积极推广使用。
