    【摘要】目的：分析颅内感染给神经外科术后造成的影响，改善预后效果。方法：本次研究回顾性分析了神经外科术后患者为观察研究对象，一共40例，其中12例接受单纯静脉给药治疗；17例患者接受静脉给药鞘内注射治疗；11例患者接受腰大池置管引流与鞘内注射治疗。结果：治愈共38例，治愈率95.00%。其中死亡1例，占比2.50%，主要与患者为重症顽固性颅内感染合并肺部感染与出血有关。结论：神经外科术后颅内感染过程中，本次方法的使用可以取得理想的治疗效果，但是因为治疗方法互补关系较强，不同方法各有所长，因此可以首选鞘内注射抗生素药物，是一种安全的用药方法。

    Clinical observation on the treatment of intracranial infection after neurosurgery

    【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the influence of intracranial infection on postoperative neurosurgery and improve the prognosis. Methods： A retrospective study was conducted in 40 patients after neurosurgery，including 12 patients who received intravenous drug therapy alone；17 patients who received intravenous drug intrathecal injection；11 patients received lumbar cistern drainage and intrathecal injection.
