    【摘要】目的：分析献血者初筛检验的具体方法与应用价值，评估其在血站血液检测中的实施效果。方法：针对初筛检测中干化学ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶)可能存在的误差情况做实验分析，包括不同加样后上机时间、样本量与脂血程度对结果的干扰，以排除初筛ALT检测时的影响因素，保障初筛检测实施效果。结果：通过控制唯一变量对比结果发现：脂血程度对ALT结果影响通过与排除脂血后对比无明显差异，上机时间与样本量对结果产生影响。结论：排除ALT初筛检测干扰因素可提高实施价值，一定程度上降低血液标本报废率，对后续临床输血安全具有积极意义，推广价值高。
