    【摘要】目的：探究小骨窗颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的应用效果。方法：选取我院2017年1月—2021年1月接诊的172例高血压性脑出血患者，采用随机抽样原则实施平均分组，分别为实施大骨瓣开颅血肿清除术(对照组)和小骨窗颅内血肿清除术(研究组)，比较术后效果。结果：通过对手术治疗之后的生活质量比较得出，研究组评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：运用小骨窗颅内血肿清除术对高血压性脑出血患者有着非常明显的治疗效果，可显著性提升患者的生活质量。
