    【摘要】目的：研究分析中风治疗中补阳还五汤联合血塞通方案治疗的临床效果。方法：2020年10月—2021年10月收治的中风患者中随机选取80例，分组使用抽签，对照组采用血塞通治疗，观察组采用补阳还五汤联合血塞通治疗，分析疗效。结果：观察组患者神经系统功能、生活自理能力等均于治疗后有极大程度恢复(P<0.05)；中风并发症发生率组别间采取比较，观察组发生率略低(P<0.05)。结论：治疗中风时，补阳还五汤联合血塞通方案开展后，患者中风病症反应可有明显改善，预后恢复情况良好，可达预期效果，疗效具有优势性。

    Analysis of the Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Xuesaitong in the Treatment of Apoplexy

    【Abstract】Objective： To study and analyze the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of stroke.Methods：From October 2020 to October 2021， 80 patients with stroke were randomly selected and divided into groups by lot. The control group was treated with Xuesaitong，and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xuesaitong.
