    【摘要】目的：探究中药处方前置性审核对提高合理用药的影响。方法：本研究为回顾性分析，从2021年6月—2021年12月我院行中药处方前置性审核前选取500份中药处方作为对照组，从2022年6月—2022年12月我院行中药处方前置性审核后的中药处方中选取500份作为观察组，比较两组中药处方审核合格率、处方审核准确率、中药处方不合理用药发生率及医师对处方审核方案满意度。结果：组间比较结果显示，观察组中药处方审核合格率及处方审核准确率更高，中药处方不合理用药发生率更低，且医师对处方审核方案表示更满意(P<0.05)。結论：在医院中药处方审核管理中加强处方前置性审核系统构建能够显著提升处方用药合理性，减少用药量及降低用药方法不合理事件发生概率，同时可提高医师对于处方审核方案的满意度，对于推动医院中药处方合理用药管理质量提升有重要作用。
