    【摘要】目的：本文旨在观察帕金森病患者优化脑深部电刺激术(DBS)治疗围手术期护理方案的价值，分析此类患者可用的护理方案。方法：纳入我院收治于2019年12月10日—2021年6月30日的74例帕金森病DBS治疗患者为研究观察对象，所有患者均行围术期护理，观察围术期护理价值。结果：护理后，患者发生并发症概率较低，护理满意度较高。结论：围手术期护理应用可以明显改善帕金森病DBS治疗患者的生活能力、缓解其病症，预防并发症，使得患者对护理服务更满意，可推广应用。

    【Abstract】Objective： To observe the value of optimizing the perioperative nursing programs for patients with Parkinsons disease (PD) treated with deep brain stimulation (DBS)， and analyze the available nursing programs for such patients.Methods： A total of 74 patients with Parkinsons disease treated with DBS in our hospital from December 10，2019 to June 30，2021 were included as the research objects. All patients received perioperative nursing，and the value of perioperative nursing was observed. Results： After nursing，the probability of complications was lower and the nursing satisfaction was higher.
