    【摘要】目的：分析长期气管切开患者家庭护理的安全性及其应对措施。方法：纳入我院2020年1月—2021年12月15例长期气管切开患者，15例患者出院后家庭护理观察时间总计240个月，随访时间最长24个月，最短5个月。分析家庭护理对患者的安全性及其应对措施。结果：根据随访结果，患者的通气情况与呼吸力学指标均有改善，且肺部感染率为6.67%(1例)与器官黏膜出血率为6.67%(1例)均较低。结论：针对气管切开患者实施家庭护理，必须严格遵照两条原则：(1)患者病情稳定；(2)家属有能力与有意愿可以护理患者，以此为基础才可保证有效的家庭护理，减少或避免并发症的发生。
