张琪 杨文慧 冀博文 宋子冲 师小苏 吴颂【摘要】近年来，由于二胎三胎政策的实施和社会压力的加大，高龄产妇随之逐渐增多，不易受孕的女性也随之越多。有些女性即使受孕也较易流产，故孕前调理显得尤为重要。中医孕前调理源于中医“治未病”思想，未病先防，胜过已病再治。针对不同情况，调理偏颇体质，最终可以达到优生优育的目的。
