    【摘要】子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis，EMT)：是指内膜细胞种植在不正常的位置而形成的一种女性常见妇科疾病。内膜细胞本该生长在子宫腔内，但由于子宫腔通过输卵管与盆腔相通，因此使得内膜细胞可经由输卵管进入盆腔异位生长。EMT的临床表现有痛经、月经异常、不孕、性交痛，若子宫内膜异位至膀胱者还可出现膀胱刺激症。但因子宫内膜异位症就诊的患者中最多见的还是以痛经为主。根据导师多年临床经验中总结冲任虚寒、瘀血阻滞胞宫是导致EMT导致痛经的最常见因素，寒凝血瘀型是非常普遍的证型[1]，并总结了治疗方案，用温经汤加减结合电针治疗疗效显著。
