    【摘要】目的：观察膝骨关节炎(KOA)应用注射富血小板血浆与透明质酸钠治疗的临床效果。方法：选取85例KOA患者，均于2021年9月—2022年9月收治，根据用药方案分组，采用透明质酸钠治疗的42例患者标记为单药组，而采用透明质酸钠+富血小板血浆治疗的43例患者标记为联合组，比较临床疗效。结果：①总有效率：联合组93.02%、单药组76.19%；②Lysholm评分：联合组治疗后评分更高；③VAS评分：联合组治疗后更低。以上指标两组间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：KOA治疗时，与单用透明质酸钠相比，联用富血小板血浆后，可显著提高治疗效果，促进患者膝关节功能明显改善，并明显减轻疼痛程度，提升生活质量。
