    【摘要】下肢网状淋巴管炎是一皮肤病症，以皮肤突然发红，色如涂丹为主要表现的急性感染性疾病。临床表现为起病急，局部出现界限清楚之片状红疹，颜色鲜红，并稍隆起，压之褪色。是外科疾病的常见病及难治病之一，抗生素治疗存在疗效不稳、疗程长、易致病情反复等问题。李浩杰教授常用内服四妙勇安汤联合丹毒中药外洗方治疗网状淋巴管炎疗效显著，现总结并整理临床的经典医案，为临床治疗下肢丹毒的临床诊治提供思路和参考。

    【Abstract】Reticular lymphangitis of lower limbs is a skin disease， which is an acute infectious diseases characterized by sudden redness of the skin and its color as red as paint. The clinical manifestation is acute onset of disease， with clearly defined flake erythema locally， bright red in color， slightly raised， and faded under pressure. It is one of the common and refractory diseases of surgical diseases. Antibiotic treatment has problems such as unstable curative effect， long treatment course， and easy to cause disease recurrence.
