    【摘要】 目的：探讨分析多次法根管治疗在牙体牙髓病治疗中的效果。方法：选取我院2021年2月—2022年6月进行治疗的120例牙体牙髓病患者，随机分为两组，即参照组、研究组，各60例，分别应用一次性根管治疗、多次法根管治疗，对比治疗效果。结果：研究组患者的治疗有效率(96.67%)、不良反应率(8.33%)、满意率(98.33%)和参照组(95.00%)、(6.67%)、(98.33%)相比差异不大，且各项指标没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：在牙体牙髓病患者的治疗中，多次法根管能起到和一次性根管治疗一样的效果，有助于提升牙体牙髓病的临床疗效，减少不良反应率，缓解患者的临床症状，值得推广应用。
