    【摘要】目的：通过对比分析功能性消化不良患者与胃溃疡患者的临床情况，探究幽门螺旋杆菌感染与功能性消化不良的关系，由此为向相关患者提供更加优质的治疗方案。方法：选取2021年2月—2023年2月期间在我院接受治疗的胃溃疡患者43例、功能性消化不良患者43例以及接受健康体检的个体43例作为研究对象，根据临床试验指标对比分析三组个体出现幽门螺旋杆菌感染的具体情况。结果：与接受健康体检的对照组个体相比，功能性消化不良组患者以及胃溃疡组患者均具有显著的临床指标统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：幽门螺旋杆菌感染与功能性消化不良存在一定的相关性，因此在功能性消化不良患者在临床治疗中选择根治幽门螺旋杆菌感染治疗方案具有较好的效果，可进一步提高患者的治疗水平。
