    【摘要】崩漏是指妇女在非行经期间阴道大量流血或持续淋漓不断，前者称“崩中”，或“经崩”，后者称为“漏下”，或“经漏”。临床上二者可相互转化，故统称为崩漏。病因病机可分为脾虚、肾虚、血热、血瘀四种，李春香主任结合当代女子习性，认为崩漏病机关键是肝郁脾虚，气虚不摄，日久为瘀。

    【Abstract】Metrorrhagia refers to a woman’s massive vaginal bleeding or continuous dripping during non-menopause. The former is called “metrorrhagia”， or“menstrual collapse”， and the latter is called “leakage”， or“menstrual leakage”.
