    【摘要】目的：探讨心肌病心衰患者采用新活素联合地高辛对心功能的影响。方法：选取2022年2月—2023年2月我院心血管内科收治的120例因心肌病发展为心衰的患者，数字表法随机分成对照组(n=60，地高辛单一用药)与研究组(n=60，地高辛与新活素联合用药)，对比总疗效、心功能相关指标、尿量、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、不良反应发生率。结果：研究组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)；研究组LVEDD、LVESD较低，LVEF较高(P<0.05)；研究组尿量较多，NTproBNP较低(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：在心肌病心衰的治疗中采用新活素联合地高辛可改善心功能，增加尿量，提高治疗效果且安全性较高，建议推广应用。
