    【摘要】目的：探讨社区慢性萎缩性胃炎合并幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者应用四联疗法后辅助乳酸菌素分散片的临床效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年12月在我院门诊就诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎合并幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者100例，随机将患者分为对照组、观察组各50例。对照组应用四联疗法，观察组在四联疗法同时联合乳酸菌素分散片。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。相较于治疗前，两组患者相关临床症状(饱胀、恶心、呕吐、腹痛)评价分数有所改善，且观察组患者各项症状分数评价低于对照组(P<0.05)。用药期间两组患者药物不良反应事件差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：对慢性萎缩性胃炎合并幽门螺旋杆菌在四联疗法对症治疗基础上辅助乳酸菌素分散片对于病情控制有积极影响，可缩短症状改善时间，保障患者治疗效果。
