    【摘要】视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)是常见的仅低于糖尿病视网膜病变并有严重致盲性的眼底视网膜血管疾病之一，而黄斑水肿(ME)是视网膜静脉阻塞并发症中有较高发病率的病变，临床研究中，黄斑水肿具有反复性、难治性、严重致盲性，其导致的低视力将严重影响患者的生活质量，并将给患者本人及家庭带来极大心理负担。因此，如何提高治疗效果，提高临床治愈率是目前国内外眼科专家共同关注的问题。本文章就视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿的中西医研究与治疗做一综述。

    Research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of retinal vein obstructive macular edema

    【Abstract】Retinal vein occlusion (RVO) is one of the common fundus retinal vascular diseases with severe blindness， which is only lower than diabetic retinopathy， while macular edema (ME) is a lesion with a high incidence among the complications of retinal vein occlusion. In clinical studies， macular edema is recurrent， refractory and severely blinding. The resulting low vision will seriously affect the quality of life of patients， and will bring great psychological burden to patients and their families. Therefore， how to improve the therapeutic effect and clinical cure rate is the common concern of ophthalmic experts at home and abroad. This article reviews the research and treatment of retinal vein obstructive macular edema. ......
