    【摘要】目的：探究脾胃虚寒型胃痛采用黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗的临床效果。方法：选择2018年1月—2023年1月期间我院收治的120例胃痛患者，随机分为两组，各60例患者，对照组予以奥美拉唑治疗，观察加用黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：两组总有效率分别为88.33%、73.33%，观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后胃脘痛、腹满不食、嗳气泛酸、神疲肢倦评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)，且其GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的疗效确切，有助于进一步改善症状，减轻疼痛程度，提高生活质量。
