    【摘要】目的：探究将优质护理理念于临床收治急性感染性喉炎患儿中引入的效果。方法：选取2020年1月—2021年1月的90例急性感染性喉炎儿童病例，对其行以随机划分小组，对照组(所纳选45例，方案执行：常规护理)、观察组(所纳选45例，方案执行：引入优质护理理念)，就患儿临床表征改善用时数据、疗效评价结果与满意度调查数据行统计学比对。结果：经对症状改善时间比对，观察组均呈更短趋势表现，差异显著(P<0.05)； 经对疗效比对，观察组95.56%，相较于对照组80.00%，呈现更高趋势(P<0.05)；经对满意度比对，观察组趋于更高(P<0.05)。结论：将优质护理理念向护理工作中融入，可促使急性感染性喉炎患儿康复，优化疗效，并予家属满意度提升。
