    【摘要】目的：分析早期护理干预应用于小儿分泌性中耳炎中的效果。方法：从2021年1月—2021年12月我院收治的分泌性中耳炎患儿中纳入60例作为研究样本，经双盲法分入实验组与参照组当中，各30例，实验组患儿接受早期护理干预，参照组患儿接受常规护理干预，对比两组患儿护理前后的疼痛评分与生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果：护理前，两组患儿的生活质量评分与疼痛评分数据对比差异无意义(P>0.05)；护理后，实验组患儿的疼痛评分比参照组明显较低(P<0.05)；实验组患儿的生活质量评分与护理满意度均比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论：在小儿分泌性中耳炎中应用早期护理干预的效果显著，能提升患儿的满意度，也能改善患儿的疼痛程度与生活质量，值得推广。
