    【摘要】目的：分析围手术期护理干预方法在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术中的应用效果。方法：选择本院于2021年9月—2022年9月收治的68例CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术患者，随机分两组后，观察组(34例)患者落实围手术期护理干预，对照组(34例)患者采用常规护理，比较两组护理结果差异。结果：观察组患者的取材合格率、并发症发生率显著优于对照组，有统计学差异(P<0.05)；患者心理状态评分与VAS评分比较，数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术患者护理干预中，围手术期护理干预方法可以提升取材合格率，对于消除患者负面情绪的意义重大，值得推广。
