    【摘要】目的：研究综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法：选取本院中西医结合內科于2021年1月—2022年10月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者60例，分为对照组(30例，常规护理干预)和观察组(30例，综合护理干预)。结果：综合护理干预下早饭后2h血糖、午饭后2h血糖、晚饭后2h血糖低于常规护理干预，用药知识、运动知识、饮食知识评分高于常规护理干预，症状管理、共性管理评分高于常规护理干预，早产、巨大儿、宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息总发生率低于常规护理干预，对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖具有积极影响，因此综合护理干预更具推广价值。
