    【摘要】目的：分析手术室无缝隙护理结合舒适护理对剖宫产产妇分娩恐惧感及舒适性的影响。方法：选取2022年3月—2023年1月于医院分娩的剖宫产产妇200例，按随机数字表法分为两组，即对照组100例，应用手术室无缝隙护理；观察组100例，在此基础上另采用舒适护理；对比两组分娩恐惧感及分娩舒适性。结果：观察组护理后分娩恐惧量表(CAQ)低于对照组，分娩体验感自我能力、专业支持、自我感知、参与感高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：手术室无缝隙护理结合舒适护理能减轻剖宫产产妇分娩恐惧感，增加分娩体验感，利于改善其舒适状态。
