    【摘要】目的：探析在乳腺癌化疗患者护理管理中健康教育的运用价值。方法：研究选取2022年1月—2022年12月在我院接受化疗治疗的乳腺癌患者作为对象，入组93例，经随机数字表法分组，常规化疗护理管理的对照组、联合健康教育的观察组分别分配46例、47例，对比两组护理效果。结果：护理前两组自我护理能力各项评分无组间差异(P>0.05)；护理后各组评分均提高，但可见观察组明顯高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时，观察组化疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在乳腺癌化疗患者护理中，健康教育的融入可增强患者自护能力，提升化疗依从性，值得推广使用。
