    【摘要】目的：探讨对急性胰腺炎患者采取分级别心理护理的临床效果。方法：选取2022年1月—2022年12月我院收治的88例急性胰腺炎患者，随机数字表法分成对照组(n=44，常规护理)与研究组(n=44，常规护理的同时开展分级别心理护理)，对比临床症状改善时间、负性情绪评分。结果：研究组与对照组相比，腹痛、腹胀、退热缓解以及胃肠功能恢复时间均较短(P<0.05)；研究组焦虑、抑郁评分较低(P<0.05)。结论：在急性胰腺炎患者的护理中实施分级别心理护理可缓解其负面情绪，加快症状改善，建议推广应用。
