    【摘要】目的：探讨安宁疗护在老年肿瘤临终患者中的应用效果，结合患者的心理应激反应及疼痛症状进行评价。方法：选取我院2019年1月—2022年10月期间收治的42例老年肿瘤临终患者作为研究对象，分为观察组(安宁疗护)、对照组(常规护理)各21例，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者在护理后的SCL-90评分、疼痛VAS评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组患者的护理满意度以及护理后的QLQ-C30评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在老年肿瘤临终患者的临床护理中，实施安宁疗护，能够有效缓解其心理应激反应，减轻其疼痛症状，让患者舒适、安心的度过最后的生命时光。
