    【摘要】目的：分析优质护理管理模式应用于外科护理的效果。方法：选取本院2020年2月—2021年8月期间收治的100例外科住院患者为研究对象，每50例分成不同护理管理模式的两个小组，一组接受常规护理管理，设为对照组，另一组接受优质护理管理，设为观察组，针对两组护理管理模式展开回顾性分析。结果：对比发现观察组护理效果更好(P<0.05)。结论：护理模式的选择与护理质量之间息息相关，优质护理的使用可促进服务质量提升，人员态度优化以及住院时间缩短，优质护理管理模式的应用是我院在护理管理优化以及护理服务质量提升上的一定有效尝试。
