    【摘要】目的：探讨在冠心病老年患者护理中辅以个性化护理，对护理质量的影响。方法：试验者是2022年1月—2023年1月在医院治疗的冠心病老年患者88例，以入院时间分组，将接受常规护理指导的44例患者设为对照组，另一组设为观察组，患者总数为44例，护理方案为个性化护理，比对护理有效性。结果：观察组遵医行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：以个性化护理实施干预，可显著增强患者遵医行为，利于确保疗效的同时，还能对患者生活质量起到一定的改善作用，临床借鉴价值较高，适宜推广。
