    【摘要】目的：探讨在肩袖损伤患者接受关节镜手术治疗中辅以针对性康复护理，对促进其术后肩关节功能尽快恢复的干预价值。方法：试验者是2020年10月—2022年10月在医院行关节镜手术治疗的肩袖损伤患者116例，以数字奇偶法分组，将58例接受常规护理者设为对照组，另一组设为观察组，病例数为58例，护理方案为针对性康复护理，比对不同护理模式下护理效果差异。结果：观察组术后疼痛度、疼痛缓解时间以及肩关节活动角度优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：以针对性康复护理进行干预，利于降低患者在手术之后的疼痛感，促使患者可以更好地恢复，同时也能够加快患者肩关节功能的改善速度，以及增加患者满意度的作用，建议推广。
