    【摘要】目的：探讨预防性护理在肝胆胰相关恶性肿瘤术后下肢静脉血栓中的应用价值。方法：选择2021年2月—2022年11月本院收治的肝胆胰相关恶性肿瘤接受全身麻醉下手术根治术患者80例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为两组，各40例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组则实施预防性护理，比较两组出院时凝血功能指标和两组干预期间出现下肢深静脉血栓相关临床症状，统计两组其他部位血栓发生情况。结果：出院时观察组D-二聚体水平、纤维蛋白原水平和血小板计数均显著低于对照组的(0.33±0.05)mg/L，(3.1±0.9)g/L和(368.9±39.5)×109/L(P<0.05)，干预期间观察组出现下肢肿胀、下肢皮肤弹性改变、下肢皮肤颜色改变、下肢皮肤温度改变的总例数(比例)为2例(5.0%)低于对照组的14例(35.0%)(P<0.05)，观察组心肌梗死、缺血性腦卒中、肺栓塞、脾梗死的总发生例数(比例)为1例，显著少于对照组的(P<0.05)。结论：预防性护理可显著改善肝胆胰恶性肿瘤根治术后患者高凝状态，减少下肢静脉血栓形成可能，缩短术后住院时间。
