    【摘要】目的：探讨在脑出血老年患者康复期辅以整体护理，对其康复效果的影响。方法：试验者是2022年1月—2023年1月在医院治疗的脑出血老年患者67例，以入院时间分组，将33例接受常规护理指导者设为对照组，另一组归于观察组，总数为34例，护理方案为整体护理，比对在应用不同护理方案后护理质量及护理安全性差异。结果：观察组不良情绪及神经功能得分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组自理能力、生活质量、依从性及满意度指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理安全性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：以整体护理作为康复期干预方式，可使得患者所存在的不良情绪得到消除，进一步改善其神经功能及自理能力，同时还能起到增加患者满意度、依从性及护理安全性的作用，借鉴价值较高。
