    【摘要】目的：探讨健康宣教对提升社区高血压居民服药依从性的效果。方法：选取2022年2月—2023年2月我社区卫生服务中心的101例高血压患者为调查对象，遵照随机数字表法分组，即观察组51例(健康宣教)和参照组50例(常规健康指导)。比较两组教育结果。结果：宣教前SBP、DBP相比，两组差异不明显(P>0.05)。相较于观察组，参照组宣教后的SBP、DBP数值均明显更大(P<0.05)。观察组宣教后的服药依从性90.20%、高血压知识知晓率86.28%，均明显高于参照组的70.00%、68.00%(P<0.05)。结论：为社区高血压居民开展健康宣教，加强患者对疾病的重视程度、认识深度，利于健康生活方式的养成。同时也能提高收缩压、舒张压控制效果，增强对高血压知识知晓率与服药依从。
