    【摘要】目的：作为阴道高发疾病，阴道炎对患者身心健康影响大，对此分析阴道分泌物生化五项联检的应用价值。方法：以我院2021年7月—2022年7月收治的疑似阴道炎患者2000例为研究对象，以临床综合检查结果为参照，对比观察常规镜检与阴道分泌物生化五项联检对疾病的诊断价值。结果：对比观察两种检查方式对不同阴道炎病原体阳性率检出情况比较发现，五项联检阳性检出率较高(P<0.05)。对比观察两种诊断方法诊断效能发现，五项联检诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阴性预测值与阳性预测值显著较高，差异显著(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：阴道炎疾病危害重，尽早确诊并及时治疗能帮助远离疾病困扰，对此采用阴道分泌物生化五项联检诊断方法能够为疾病后续诊治提供有力的诊断依据，临床值得推广应用。
