    【摘要】目的：研究宫腔镜手术患者采用透明质酸钠预防术后宫腔粘连事件发生的临床价值。方法：选择2021年1月—2022年8月在我院接受宫腔镜手术治疗的患者74例，根据术后处理方案的不同将其分成对照组和观察组。对照组中37例患者接受常规术后处理；观察组中37例患者在常规术后处理的基础上，增加应用透明质酸钠。对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组患者术后宫腔粘连事件发生率低于对照组，宫腔镜手术效果优于对照组，腹部疼痛持续时间、阴道持续流血时间与治疗总时间短于对照组，观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度、月经量PBAC与生活质量评分改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：宫腔镜手术患者采用透明质酸钠，可以有效预防术后宫腔粘连事件发生，帮助改善病情和生活质量，缩短术后恢复时间，使手术效果得到显著提升。
