    【摘要】目的：探究螺旋CT扫描技术在肺结节患者临床诊断中的效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2022年10月收入的肺结节患者总计200例，所有患者均接受常规X线检查与螺旋CT扫描技术，以病理诊断作为金标准，对比两种检查方式的诊断效果。结果：螺旋CT检查的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别为95.45%、91.11%和93.50%，高于X线检查的61.82%、54.44%和58.50%(P<0.05)；螺旋CT检查肺结节疾病总符合率为99.50%，高于X线检查的75.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：螺旋CT扫描技术应用于肺结节患者临床诊断中能有效提高灵敏度、特异度及准确度，且对肺结节疾病诊断总符合率较高，整体应用效果良好，值得应用。
