    【摘要】目的：分析在早期糖尿病肾病患者中开展生化检验的效果。方法：抽取2021年1月—2021年12月我院收治的40例糖尿病肾病患者，设为实验组，另外选择40例同期来我院接受健康体检者设为参照组，对两组研究对象均实施生化检验，比较两组检验指标水平及阳性率。结果：相较于参照组，实验组患者的生化指标水平与阳性率均更高(P<0.05)。结论：在糖尿病肾病早期患者中开展生化检验的方法，能及时了解到患者的病情进展情况，便于结合患者实际情况制定针对性治疗，提升治疗效果，值得推广。
