    【摘要】目的：对全麻高龄患者应用充气式保温毯对预防术中低体温的效果进行研究。方法：在于我院进行全麻手术的高龄患者中抽取1200例纳入观察对象，并分为参照组和试验组，各600例，对术中前者应用常规盖被保暖和后者应用充气式保温毯保暖的效果进行对照研究。结果：就术前体温而言，参照组和试验组对比差异不大(P>0.05)，差异无意义；就术中、手术结束时以及离开PACU时的体温而言，试验组均高于参照组(P<0.05)。就术中低体温、躁动、寒战、苏醒延迟以及切口感染的发生率而言，试验组均低于参照组(P<0.05)。就工作态度、健康教育、专业技术以及舒适度四个方面的护理手术室工作满意度评分而言，试验组均高于参照组(P<0.05)，有意义。结论：全麻高龄患者应用充气式保温毯的效果确切，能够对术中低体温情况进行有效预防，可以采纳。
