    【摘要】目的：探讨白内障筛查与康复治疗在防盲治盲中的应用效果。方法：2019年1月—2022年1月本院50岁及以上的老年患者(每年200例)，为其建立眼部个人健康档案，筛查符合白内障诊断相关标准的患者后评价其治疗指征，符合治疗指征后给予康复治疗，分析不同时段患者脱盲、脱残情况。结果：2019年1月—2021年12月分别完成白内障康复治疗的患者有50例、76例与80例，65岁及以上患者白内障检出率显著高于65岁以下患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；2021年白内障康复治疗后患者脱盲率与脱残率显著高于2020年与2019年，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：白内障仍是现阶段我国老年人群面对的重要健康问题，白内障筛查能够尽早发现老年白内障患者，给予康复治疗能够降低其致残与致盲风险，值得借鉴和推广。
