    【摘要】目的：讨论慢阻肺患者在采取噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入治疗时的效果。方法：2020年1月—2021年11月，共计纳入我院慢阻肺患者40例，以掷硬币法均分为试验组和对照组；对照组选择噻托溴铵治疗，试验组在对照组基础上联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：两组治疗前肺功能指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组肺功能指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血气指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组血气指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前炎症因子无统计学差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组炎症因子比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：慢阻肺患者选择噻托溴铵联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入治疗时疗效显著，在改善肺功能的同时，减少炎症反应，有应用价值。
