    【摘要】目的：探讨中西医结合治疗消化内科常见病的临床效果。方法：选择消化内科常见病患者120例为研究对象，根据治疗方法进行分组，每组60例。对照组用西医西药治疗，观察组用中西医结合治疗。结果：治疗后，观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组CRP、IL-6和TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗消化内科常见病的临床效果显著，显著减轻患者临床症状及中医证候，降低炎症因子水平。
