    【摘要】目的：评价参芪益心汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的效果和价值。方法：选定2020年1月—2022年3月我院收治共计82例CHF患者为观察样本，采用简单随机抽样法将入组患者均分且设定为对照组与观察组(均41例)。对照组给予常规西药治疗，观察组联合参芪益心汤加减治疗，比较两组临床效果、心功能指标以及血管内皮功能和不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组临床总有效率为95.12%，明显较对照组的78.05%更高(P<0.05)。治疗1个月，观察组LVEF、E/A水平及6min步行距离均较对照组更高(P<0.05)。治疗1个月，观察组NO水平高于对照组，ET水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻、头痛等不良反应发生率为4.88%，与对照组的7.32%比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论：参芪益心汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭效果确切，可更好地改善患者心功能与血管内皮功能，且安全性可靠，值得推荐与应用。
