    【摘要】目的：探究對缺血性脑卒中患者使用中医特色护理对卒中相关性肺炎产生的预防作用。方法：选取70例在2019年6月—2021年11月期间来我院诊治的缺血性脑卒中患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组(每组35例)。对照组采用常规护理；实验组在对照组的基础上，加入中医特色护理作为辅助。观察两组的卒中相关性肺炎发生率、患者的神经功能以及对护理的满意程度。结果：对照组的卒中相关性肺炎发病率为28.57%，实验组的发病率为8.57%，实验组数据明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组患者护理后神经功能评分均有降低，其中，实验组护理前后的差值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；对照组患者对护理方式的满意程度为51.43%，实验组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差距有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：与常规护理相比，采用中医特色护理可降低卒中相关性肺炎的发生率，神经功能恢复更好，满意度得到大幅提升，对缺血性脑卒中患者的效果更理想，安全性更高，适合广泛应用。
