    【摘要】目的：分析手足口病患儿检测血清心肌酶谱及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的意义。方法：抽取2021年4月—2022年4月期间我院收治的手足口病患儿50例，将其作为观察组，再抽取同一时间段内在我院接受健康体检的健康儿童50例，将其作为参照组，两组儿童均接受血清心肌酶谱相关指标检测以及超敏C反应蛋白水平检测，对检测结果进行比较。结果：(1)观察组患儿肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)以及超敏C反应蛋白水平均高于参照组健康儿童(P<0.05)；(2)治疗后，观察组患儿上述各项指标较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05)；(3)发热以及超敏C反应蛋白是影响肌酸激酶以及肌酸激酶同工酶的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论：手足口病患儿血清心肌酶谱相关指标以及超敏C反应蛋白水平均会上升，经对症治疗后，上述指标水平则会显著下降。发热以及超敏C反应蛋白水平是影响血清心肌酶表达的主要风险因素。
