    【摘要】目的：探讨小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合头孢呋辛酯治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染对其炎症反应的改善评价。方法：采用双色球法将100例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿(收取年限：2021年1月—2021年12月)分为两组，比对头孢呋辛酯治疗(对照组，n=50)与联合治疗(观察组，n=50)的临床疗效、症状缓解状况以及炎症因子等多项测验值。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%，显著高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)；观察组症状如流涕鼻塞、咽痛咳嗽、腹泻纳少等消退用时均明显更短(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组细胞因子如IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP及PCT等均处于低位(P<0.05)。结论：小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合头孢呋辛酯治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染效果显著，可有效缓解疾病症状，控制体内炎症反应。
