    【摘要】目的：探究使用保健方法与临床保健指导对患儿的营养不良情况进行改善的效果。方法：抽选我院2021年12月—2022年12月收治的营养不良患儿总计93例，分为两个实验小组，即实验A组(46例)和实验B组(47例)。比较两组患兒的疾病疗效情况，比较两组患儿家长的认知程度，比较两组患儿出现关联疾病的状况以及调查患儿家长的满意度。结果：实验B组患儿的改善效果比实验A组较好(P<0.05)。实验B组患儿家长对疾病的认知评分较高，实验B组患儿家长对保健方法的认知评分较高(P<0.05)。实验A组患儿出现其他关联疾病的情况比实验B组较多(P<0.05)。实验A组患者对护理人员的满意度评分低于实验B组(P<0.05)。结论：本次实验中所研究的保健方法效果较好，对患儿的营养不良状况改善良好，同时提升家长的认知程度，并且减少其他关联疾病的出现，治疗具有安全性，值得推崇。
